REFUNDS

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds.

Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your original order,  in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will be responsible for the postage fee of the new item/s. 


To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected] or on Whatsapp at +447832910300. If your returned item is accepted for an exchange, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package, as well as an invoice for exchange postage fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item/s are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot  get damaged or lost on the way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), Jewelries. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
